酒店在納加闊特區，機場過去還蠻遠的，一個半小時左右。風景很美，冬天的霧氣很重，二天都沒有看到雪山，直到走的那天早上霧氣散去很多，喜馬拉雅山脈雪山的尖端部分終於露出，坐在酒店的露台上邊欣賞雪山邊品嚐著美食，難得的體驗，一定會再回來的。 酒店的服務非常到位，每個工作人員都很禮貌，專業。酒店提供的早餐非常美味，品種齊全。 酒店雖然是一個老酒店，但是維持的非常不錯，空調熱水都很給力，這在寒冷的冬天是特別需要的。

想要避開加德滿都的喧囂和討厭的空氣汙染就來這裡；酒店位置很棒，躺在床上也能把喜馬拉雅群山盡收眼底；自助早餐和晚餐中規中矩，如果有台咖啡機會更好；酒店的工作人員彬彬有禮。下次有機會還會在來。

想要看到喜馬拉雅山的日出，又不想早起，這間飯店會是一個不錯的選擇。這次直接訂行政套房，房間雖然稍微老舊，但是可以看得出來還算用心在保養，而且陽台走出去就是綿延的山脈，心情一下就好起來了！晚餐則在飯店的餐廳解決，山谷吹來的涼風，搭配現場演奏的尼泊爾傳統樂器跟篝火，說多chill就有多chill！飯店的服務人員也都蠻熱情的，總體而言是一個值得一試的飯店。 不過真的要說有什麼缺點的話，就是房間的「按摩浴缸」，浴缸塞沒有辦法轉開，需要硬翹才行！而且可能很少定時清理，開啟按摩浴缸功能後⋯會有髒汙湧出，房間很不錯，但按摩浴缸建議飯店真的可以拿掉了🤣

It was my great experience there even such a night staying there. It was so beautiful location to see the view of The Everest Mt. staff were very friendly and professional, breakfast was amazing and room was perfect. Lovely time ever to stay here.

The room I was initially provided gave me a terrible experience. However, after I informed housekeeping about the issue, they promptly addressed it and shifted me to another, upgraded room. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness and prompt action. Additionally, before we checked out, the hotel supervisor and manager personally came down to ask us how our stay was after the room change, which was a very professional gesture. I truly appreciate their efforts

とても景色が美しいホテルでした。 日の出前にはヒマラヤのシルエットも拝めました。 ホテルの方々もとても親切で快適な滯在になりました。 レストランの食事もとても美味しかったです。 カトマンズからはタクシーで1時間ちょっと、まあまあな悪路ですが良い景色です。

Hotel Country Villa was a great stay with some disappointments. The location is perfect with a great view from all around the hotel. The service and staff were great all around with some exceptions. I booked 3 rooms for a total of 5 people with non non-refundable plan but due to a decrease in the number of people from 5 to 4, the hotel agreed to cancel 1 room for free for us. Although the process took some time and some pushing from 訂房網站 agent I am grateful for the free cancellation. One of the rooms I booked, the Junior Suite was for my partner and me for a short honeymoon kind of stay. The room was well designed and had great views but the in-room Jacuzzi needs maintenance. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were also great and the pool staff let us use them more than the closing time. The disappointing part of the stay was during breakfast. The buffet was amazing but the glass I used for juice had lipstick stains which I noticed after drinking from it. I am a male who doesn't use lipstick so it was clearly not mine. When I complained to a staff member who seemed to be a supervisor of some sort, instead of an apology, he laughed and asked us "Are you sure that it's not yours?" After that, he took the glass away and brought a new glass of juice but the juice was different from the one I was drinking. We were completely shocked by this as it was not a rookie staff that did this but rather a supervisor. Overall, we are satisfied with the whole stay but the lipstick on the glass has left a bad aftertaste.

乾淨衞生，位置好，陽台看喜馬拉雅山脈，不虛此行，大堂經理幫忙約車，價格合理，非常滿意的住宿和行程，值得推薦。
